Had the WORST costumer service today!!! Asked the sales lady if we could try on a wedding ring (very expensive) she just looks at us and tells us very rudely that’s is an expensive ring, then when my mom tells her she got her ring (really gorgeous) from the pawn shop at a steal price she just snickers, then looks us up and down. Had to get out of there before I told her off! Home consignment store at The Rim is where I will not be doing my shopping!
I have had both furniture in consignment and different purchases. I was pleased with all. The sales ladies have been very courteous and knowledgeable. It’s my favorite place to shop. Prices are reasonable too. I’ve taken my friends there, who have also purchased furniture. My friend was from Houston, so they did hold it for the length of time she requested.
Just bought a beautiful 10 foot dining table. Great prices!
The jewelry owner , Daveed (sic) , is very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricey but nice stuff.
Dovi and Karen at the jewelry desk were very helpful in finding me a gift for my wife. Great service & selection, and prices were very reasonable
This is the best store in San Antonio. It's a treasure trove of unique furniture. The service is amazing. You are treated like one of the family. Everyone working there Lways has a smile and kind word. Not to mention the great deals!
