Terrible experience from start to finish. The air conditioning broke and we were left without it for over a week (9 days!), which made it impossible to stay in the apartment. On top of that, a water leak was never fixed despite repeated issues. When the lease ended in July, they suddenly insisted on a 45-day notice period that was never clear in the beginning.
