I paid for a tuneup and filter thru *********** They came out 11/3/22, Two guys showed up. They checked the heater and air and took a video. It took about 20 minutes. They came in with a video and said we needed to replace the heater and air. Total $21,000 with discounts after a 3rd supervisor showed up was $17,000.They are high pressure sales people. Everybody should read this, lesson learn. We've learned that the hard way. We were referred to Home Comfort from ************ Comfort misled us in order to get the sales. They wanted additional money $2995 to complete the job. They cannot handle the truth. Lack of communication by ignoring us. Never care, just want payment. Workmanship was a failure. Home Comfort USA and my technician George G. have been professional, honest, and hard-working! They tuned up my HVAC and got me a nice air scrubber to clean out the air...getting ready for that new baby coming!

Tim E*******, arrived to my home on time, was super professional and did an awesome job with my HVAC inspection and tune-up. You could tell Tim really loves his job and is super knowledgeable in HVAC. In great detail he explained the condition of my systems, replaced my filters and answered all of my questions.
