Find a different HVAC provider. Home Comfort doesn't care about their customers, only about the charges they can bill. I've been a customer for 10 years and they proved I'm only a number to them. Their customer service has been getting worse and worse over time. Recently I asked for an appointment to service my commercial facility for a business. Please do not waste your money on Home Comfort Experts they are money hungry and will rip you off in a blink of an eye. Our air conditioning unit was messing up and not producing air. We called home comfort experts ti come out and see what was wrong. The guy who came out said that our unit was overcharged and so he let some out. I called these guys to have my Ac looked at. The lady says it's 125. I asked will he look for leaks. She said yes. He gets here said he's gonna do a diagnostic on it. I asked if he was gonna check for leaks. He said that's an extra 500$. I said the lady never said it was more money. He said she must be new. Then he says they don't make r22 any more.
