If I could leave 0 stars I would. They broke some piping in the process of snaking the drain and tried fixing it, couldn’t fix it and left it dripping. 200$ just for a broken basement sink.

HCE, they used to be great! If you ever need service from HCE Rushaun Jamieson is the tech you want. He came in and got right to the point. He diagnosed our system and let us know what was causing the problem. Rushaun told us what we needed to fix the problem and asked for our approval for the repairs. We ended up having some serious problems outside; mice. Rushaun got the parts we needed and he was very efficient. Rushaun was very polite, thorough, knowledgeable, you name it; he was. We can’t thank you enough Rushaun for a... read more

We called to cancel the subscription on 4-29-26. They continued to take money from our account and were rude when asked to resolve the issue.

Tried to charge me $751 to reconnect my sink. Sink and faucet was already in place. Plus there was a $99 service fee. This tech was not a licensed plumber nor did he attend a school for plumbing. This took 10 minutes for a local plumber that I found. What concerns me is that this company is probably taking advantage of our vulnerable population--- the elderly with fixed incomes. Shame on you!
