We called to cancel the subscription on 4-29-26. They continued to take money from our account and were rude when asked to resolve the issue.
Exceptional job by Mike from the plumbing team & his helper. My mom & sister had a stressful plumbing backup involving both toilets & the shower that had been gradually getting worse over several months. Mike arrived on time after calling ahead, asked key questions, ran a few simple tests, & quickly identified the likely main-line blockage. Tried to charge me $751 to reconnect my sink. Sink and faucet was already in place. Plus there was a $99 service fee. This tech was not a licensed plumber nor did he attend a school for plumbing. This took 10 minutes for a local plumber that I found. What concerns me is that this company is probably taking advantage of our vulnerable population--- the elderly with fixed incomes. Shame on you!

I had them out to unclog a kitchen sink, two men came at the end of the day. They cleaned out the J pipe under the sink, and poured vinegar and soda down the sink and charged me $89.00. Said everything was good but it still wasn't going down after they left. I called them back out to fix the issue, a young man came out (he was nice young man and did a great job, I think his name is Kobe) and he ran a snake through the pipe and charged me $169.00 for a job that was not done right the first time.
