At the first time trying to get a quote. The people that work felt like they gave me a bad experience. But later left a voicemail and called me back the next day to reschedule and deeply apologized that is not their motto. After rescheduling for the second time, Ernesto apologized and made it up to our family in regard to the pricing. A class act and have so much respect to handle it the right way!! We just started our house cleaning service with House Cleaning Centers of America. A team of three professionals came on the appointment day for our first service which was a deep clean. The team was amazing in the thoroughness of their work. We have an incredible number of objects of great sentimental value and shelves containing several thousand books.
