Cleaning crew didn't come with proper cleaning equipment for such an expensive service. They didn't have squeegees or microfiber towels required for glass cleaning. They were wiping down the *************** with paper towels. The cleaners had to clean the glass door 6 times because they couldn't get the smudges/residue from their cleaning product off. Not exactly excited by the overall cleaning and lack of supervision,,, I feel overcharged for the work and unhappy that it wasn't pro-rated considering the hours promised was not delivered. In addition I found the 5% surcharge for using Amex an issue of usury. So I sought out another service for the extermination... M&M... the highest rated service on Yelp. Home Clean Home quoted me $750 to exterminate 2 small apartments. M&M (an incredible service) will do both for $250. I regret contacting Home Clean Home.
