Home Choice Windows and Doors is the most unprofessional company that I have ever experienced. We used this company only because they were the only Marvin Window representative in Chattanooga at the time. We had ordered a large quantity of Marvin windows previously when another company carried the line and had a wonderful experience with the service and the product then. They didn’t even want to provide us with a quote for Vinyl windows. Kept saying, it’s not worth it and gave us a quote for double the price of our budget :(
Incredibly difficult to deal with ordered doors and windows on a project, doors showed up wrong 2 different times and had to wait total of 3 months to get them.. They would not return phone calls and kept blaming the "other guy" better to use lansing building supply..
