The first insulation installer on site was wonderful, knowledgeable, and caring. However, due to drywall coming loose from attic joists he advised me how to fix the sagging drywall and didn't do work. - okay. I appreciate advice and care. However, the installer that came after I reattached the drywall to the joists did not seem to care much at all, other than how fast he could get done and into his weekend. I was cornered in Sam's Club by the rep. I explained I'm a general contractor by trade and I wasn't going to pay for work I do myself. He didn't seem to understand that and kept stepping in front of me when I tried to walk away. I was in a hurry so I signed up for an estimate to get more info on my competitor's pricing. They never showed up for the estimate but they added my phone number to their robo-caller and they call and wake my wife up at 8AM daily. Relentless in calling my home. Day after day. Multiple times daily. When I did speak to the man on the phone and asked what he wanted he only wanted to speak to my husband. I told him he could speak with me and he declined and continued to ask to speak only to him. Newsflash. When speaking to a wife don't be rude, ultimately you would have to work with me anyway. But you will never have work here.

Our Homeowners Association, Woodbridge Crossing HOIA, has two signs posted at the entranceway to notify all visitors that door-to-door soliciting is not allowed. This past Monday several sales representatives from Power Home Remodeling canvassed our neighborhood and even when advised soliciting was not allowed, rudely indicated they "didn't care" about the restrictions, and kept on knocking on neighborhood doors. This definitely is not the practice of a reputable company.

Disappointed in my estimation today. They scheduled the appointment last week for today at 5:30. So they called to confirm the appointment at 4:15. Received a call back 5 minutes later canceling the appointment. I cleared my evening out just for this appointment. I do side work and I lost $125 today because I canceled installing a storm door so I could be here for this appointment. Now they want me to clear another day out for them. This company has relentlessly called my home phone even when Ive asked them to stop calling. We have told them we are NOT interested in any of their services and they still call us all day every day. This is harassment.

Someone from your company called about a inquiry I did on the Internet when I told them I had already gotten someone to do the job the person didn't say anything they just hung up I think that is rude and very poor customer service whoever called needs a refresher course in customer service
