If you are looking for a great lender I recommend using Miguel Vazquez. He is a wonderful lender and very patience and kind when he would call me requesting items. He can handle very difficult loans and gets them closed in a timely matter. I highly recommend reaching out to him for all of your loan needs he is amazing.

This lender was completely unprofessional and disorganized, and nearly cost me my home purchase. Communication was poor from start to finish. Emails went unanswered for days, updates had to be chased down repeatedly, and I was often given vague or conflicting information. Basic loan management tasks were mishandled, including critical appraisal issues that should have been resolved promptly but instead dragged on with no accountability.
