Poor attitude, lumps under carpet – I used this business about five years ago and was basically happy, despite one bad memory (installers showed up 45 minutes early despite my admonition/plea both the day before AND that very morning, when they called....and they were rude when I reminded them I'd set a specific time)...so I tried it again.
