I had knee replacement and was told PT would be out in a day or 2. I had to call numerous times and finally someone was sent out. He states he was on vacation and the company should have sent someone else. The PTA Courtney was wonderful and did a great job. Then back to the PT, he did not show up for the set time for my discharge. When I called him he acted like he didn’t know who I was and then said he had be scheduled later. Very unprofessional. Poor communication. Then the nurse I had, he came once and was not interested ... read more

The only reason they have a 3.5 rating on Google reviews is because they've clearly had employees go in and leave good reviews. My experience as a patient was abysmal. I got out of the hospital after an infection in June with a month of IV antibiotics to be administered at home. Home Care Providers of Texas was to come by every week and take blood to make sure my antibiotics weren't harming my kidneys and change my PICC line dressing. Worst place to work would not recommend to anyone. Got hired then was told I wouldn't be paid for three weeks and was asked to sign a paper. To top it off I was hired for cleaning services not home health.

I had their service in March of 2024 with my mom. The lack of communication between them and the nurse's is a huge problem. My mom has a trach a nurse came to assess her and didn't even know how to perform trach care. Ordering supplies was an constant issue. It would take awhile for them to come. The nurses was good! The company sucks!

Very poor communication on their part. 1.said we would have required Medication when we got home. Not there. We had to call them and then they told us the ‘rules’ (not before) 2. Finished the treatment & had an appointment with the nurse the next day. No show. No call. I had to call an indifferent staffer and they said sorry, you’ll have to wait 3 days to have the midline removed. They didn’t seem to care. No apologies.
