zero stars if i could. this company ONLY cares about covering themselves with state(who's been called MULTIPLE times on this company) I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Zero stars Tuesday 9-16 will be a week I was employed by them and called crying because of my client. Uncomfortable and horrifying. Still nobody has called back. I tried for two weeks to get help. Nobody knows how to hold a conversation. they do not care about the client either. I'm looking at calling the state now. Don't work here ever
This agency can be best summarized as a group of caring providers hamstrung by an indifferent and unsupportive administrative and management office. I was a patient from March 2024 to May 2025. I received skilled nursing, PT, and OT for ongoing complications from a long-term hospitalization, and almost every provider I saw was invested in providing excellent care.
