The worst PCA company to ever go through! With yearly waiver renewals, I should be getting yearly trainings, but I’ve only been trained when I first entered the company. Regarding waiver renewals, they will show up on site ONCE a year to train OTHER staff on site and expect other staff to train me word for word. They cannot be expecting this out of other PCAs, as it is literally their job to train workers, yet they refuse to make any second trips to accommodate to workers.
