No problem w/ caregiver, but when I called.to speak w/ someone b/c I had a question', it wasn’t smooth, and I wasn’t able to connect w/ someone to answer my question. My caregiver is fine; your response system is flawed.

For the past year Alan from The Key has been amazing. He is very professional and thoughtful about my Dad’s needs. He is very capable and has a very good sense of when to engage me. He takes charge without having to be asked. I completely trust him and his judgment.

We highly recommend working with The Key. They have provided excellent care of my mother for close to 3 years. Nicole, the case manager, and Fili my mother's caregiver are the absolute BEST! Nicole has always responded to any questions or need we may have for additional care for my mother in a professional as well as very friendly and kind manner.
