I have worked for The Key at the plano division with Chloe and Jeff for over 2 years now and I can say that after 13 years caregiving that this place and it's management have got a great work environment with excellent caregivers! I love my job and the keys team is a great thing to be apart of! I'd highly recommend working there and if you have someone who needs care please check them out!

Home care assistance has helped us for 6 years. First as home care and recently as The Key. Kim and Chloe are true professionals and extremely compassionate. The caregivers have been wonderful. The attention to detail and customer focus has been excellent. They treat my mom as if she was their mom literally. The management team is excellent and always available to talk and provide insight. Very adaptable and personal. If we ever need support again I'd reach out to the team without hesitation.
