I called the agency at a time when we were very worried about my mom's post-hospitalization care. We are not local and needed a plan to keep my mom safe, and avoid a re-hospitalization while we managed her care from a distance. James was there for us, even arranging a ride for mom from the hospital and helping with her discharge, and matching her with an aide who was friendly and competent. James and his staff do an exceptional job to meet the needs of clients in a very personalized and thorough way. Aside from assistance with daily living, they include all kinds of cognitive activities that really stimulate the mind and make the whole experience that much more helpful and unique.
