The Key is the third care company I have worked with and by far the best. Their team is extremely responsive, proactive, and dedicated to quality service. They are also excellent communicators. They worked with us under some challenging circumstances and did a great job of working through options with us. Yes, they face the challenge of care staff shortages but even if a care giver gave less than 24 hour notice, the leadership team always found a quality person who could provide care.
Fantastic company to work with to get the care you need! They are dedicated and truly care about your needs. I am always recommending them to others whom are needing to find some help for loved ones.
