Owner did in-person needs assessment and then hand picks Aide that was best match for my 93 yr old, blind, incontinent and wheelchair confined mom. Always kept me up to date regarding how mom was doing and was responsive to any special requests. Since I live 1000+ miles away, knew that I could rest easy and know that mom was well taken care of. I personally spoke with 20+ home health care agencies before selecting Home Care Assistance of Ft Lauderdale
Superior, very caring, very reliable. Mom was 93, blind, in wheelchair and incontinent. Owner made free in-person needs assessment before selecting Aide, including taking into consideration, mom's personality. Outstanding and consistent follow-up with family.

Quality company that educates and supports their caregivers as well as keep in touch and flexible with those they serve. After trying 2 or 3 companies down here in South FL I was about to either lower my standards or give up entirely and do all the caregiving for my mom, myself. But Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale really was different from the 1st meeting all the way through to almost 3 years later. I highly recommend them.
