This place is a nightmare. They indeed protect their employees more than their Clients thereby giving employees the right to do as they wish. They are grossly understaffed and make their clients to suffer for this. Their scheduling is horrible, texting you overnight to tell you the time they will be there without considering your other appointments like doctor's visit. This place is a complete nightmare! The office staff make excuses for why their staff is unprofessional and rude. If you have the resources take your business elsewhere, it’s not worth the stress to deal with these people.
Nurses are great. On call after hours service is great will call u back in timely manner.
I found the agency to be unorganized and poorly staffed. First the had the wrong zip code in their system, so they sent the wrong PT, then they didn't have anyone to sub for the person that was supposed to be coming until last minute. They are all apologetic about the issues, but need to get their act together.
I called this company to make a complaint about one of their employees (Chuck) instead of this company doing the right thing and correcting their employee they decide they were going to call adult services instead. The text messages that I have between me and this employee of theirs proves that he's neglected to do his job properly with my family member. They protect their employees more than they protect their clients. But in reality if you have no clients you have no business. So Chuck now has the free will not do his job ... read more
