Nobody answers anymore. They don't answer when you call for help. They don't answer when you call because the device isn't working. They just don't answer. It also takes several days to get a response. That would be fine if this company sold clothes or crafts. Not ideal but not dangerous. This place sells and maintains LIFE ALERT BUTTONS... Devices that people use when they may not be able to get to their phone or are having trouble using it. This is supposed to be a simple button to press and get life saving care quickly. 6 a.m. Sunday morning my father fell. He pushed is Home Buddy alert button and no response, his companion, who has a separate cell phone number, then pushed her Home Buddy button.... no response.!! Fortunately my dad struggled and was able to get off the floor. He was injured. This is twice now we have had issued with HOME Buddy. We will be changing service.
I have had this service for quite some time, and have referred them to other family members. They now have this wonderful service. Thank you so much for the security that your service brings
