6 a.m. Sunday morning my father fell. He pushed is Home Buddy alert button and no response, his companion, who has a separate cell phone number, then pushed her Home Buddy button.... no response.!! Fortunately my dad struggled and was able to get off the floor. He was injured. This is twice now we have had issued with HOME Buddy. We will be changing service.
I have had this service for quite some time, and have referred them to other family members. They now have this wonderful service. Thank you so much for the security that your service brings
Great customer service!
We had this service for my mom for several months. For the few times we used it, it worked just fine. The operators were always helpful, friendly and professional. The call center was extremely caring, patient and considerate. I recommend them to ANYONE that would like a lower cost, but not lower quality, alternative to the bigger companies out there!
