Just bought a home and had the boss do his inspection , apparently not near as detailed as described as, most doors in house are loose from lack of hinge screws , and the big thing was loose faucet was def more then a loose faucet , whole exterior wall was rotted , after discussing this with the owner he basically told me sorry about my luck
