I am constantly shocked at the horrible customer service from this very small bank. They could care less about their customers and prove it every interaction I have with them. Their remote check deposit is deplorable, and they don't keep any deposits online for more than a month- they don't keep more thank 3 months of statements available online, and then charge you $5.00 per statement.
