Highly recommended. It was my best Airbnb experience ever, i booked it for a month for my parents first time visit to Canada and they loved it as well. It has everything one needs, the best place feels like home. Super clean and had all the essentials needed. The team has been great and super responsive. In addition to that good part is , it’s close to all the great attractions in the Niagara region. In all 100/100 for sure.
I cannot recommend “HAH” enough! Moving to Toronto for work was a big transition, but their kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. They helped me secure a wonderful place near Queens Quay, and the entire experience has been stress-free. They are a true professional—proactive, positive, and very easy to work with. This appears to be a scam. I stayed at their property from October 27-29, 2025. I still haven't received my $500 damage deposit back, even though they confirmed everything was fine. The management is unresponsive, responding with formal replies and failing to resolve the issue. I wanted to respond to you. I requested a property inspection on the day of check-out.
