A/V, Lighting and Security technology change so rapidly, you don't have to spend time keeping up with products. One phone call and it's done with high quality as first priority. I am late in posting this, but a recent excellent warranty experience reminded me I needed to do this. We were building a new home just outside Knoxville a couple of years ago and needed someone to assist us with the overall AV/IT set up for the entire home. Mike and Team were a godsend in regards to listening to the level of technology we were interested in and the type of audio quality that mattered to us.
