Our salesman Tom was very informative and steered us toward the right solutions after hearing what we were looking for. Installers Sean (Shawn?) and Hugo were extremely professional, very kind, cleaned up after themselves when the job was done, and helped us get everything set up perfectly. I am caretaker to my grandmother who has special needs, and all three of them were delicate/sensitive with her.
