The homes at Ashcroft is a scam do not apply to this community. My sister filled out for an apartment before the application was submitted she had to create an account for her pet.. pay for pet deposit and didn’t even get approved nor was the money refunded. they scammed her out of all of her $400 did not refund anything. Terrible place customer service is awful never answered the phone to discuss the issue
Dealing with this property has been such a hassle. We lived there from November 2024 until December 2025. While living there over all wasn’t a terrible experience communication was always bad. So bringing us to moving out We had a move out fee of $195 which I had no problem paying. We didn’t put down a security deposit so this was for damages that would normally be taken from security deposit. This is completely understandable. Charged us for “damages” when we moved out which was $195. We tried settling it and was told we did not have to pay anything because not enough documentation was provided to prove such charges. So we were told the account was closed and we did not have to pay anything. Next thing I know I wake up with a collection on my credit report from Ashcroft for the same amount I tried paying from the beginning. Dealing with this property has been such a hassle. We lived there from November 2024 until December 2025. While living there over all wasn’t a terrible experience (besides paying a $234 amenity/hoa fee with no amenities. The club house was not done until a month before we moved out.
