My medication was suppose to be get refilled automatically every 3 months. I was never told that after a certain amount of time I needed to make an appointment. I told the receptionist this yet she argued with me then hung up in my face. I even asked her can she let me talk to my doctor or explain to my doctor but she kept saying "you need an appointment" ( no problem for me but the next available appointment was in 2 months and I was already out of medicine).
