This is the BEST appraisal company. I've been dealing with business/residential properties for decades and talked to dozens of appraisal companies. Simply this is the unmatchably the most impressive company. Fast and easy communication, prompt site check yet very thorough. I am very pleased with the appraisal services I received from 1 Day Home Appraisal. From the initial call until they gave me the final report this company was responsive, informative, and overall great to work with. They really went in depth with their appraisal and left no stone unturned. I would definitely say the appraisal was spot on. They also provided us with some helpful recommendations for our plans going forward. I really appreciate the assistance. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have referred Bob to many people I know because he always does an excellent job. He has so much experience and is always responsive. I’ve now used Bob on two of my properties. I keep using him again because he is consistent and gets an appraisal done quickly. He always does an amazing job and goes above and beyond.
