Perfect timing today, got the bad news about washer before noon. Went to Ruffoni's to look at a new Speed Queen, picked one out and paid for it. New one delivered and installed and the technician was gone at 4:15...along with my old washer. Three loads laundry done!👍👍

Amazing customer service! The entire staff is so great! Stopped in to see if Ruffoni’s could help us with getting a double oven. We had actually purchased at a large home improvement store and were getting a run around about delivery times and install dates. Within 5 minutes Ruffoni’s secured the same product, with installation two weeks sooner than the “big guys” - at the SAME price. Whoever answers the phones is extremely rude to the customers. I believe they do a great job with service, but I can’t get past the customer service aspect of it. Don’t blame your customers or expect them to know your policies and procedures without some sort of explanation. Now currently looking for someone to provide similar quality in workmanship without the lack in customer service.

Use Caution! We have used Ruffoni's for the last five years. We LOVE Reggie and the last couple of times Dan has been good. Recently we had an issue with our dishwasher and trash compactor. Dan came out and diagnosed the two appliances and was pleasant. He took them a part and it took some time and effort to diagnose them (especially the dishwasher). My experience with Ruffoni’s from beginning to end was exceptional. Starting off walking into their show room Alex was very helpful, knowledgeably answering all of my questions. She was also very personable and sweet, not pushy or rushy. The delivery guys Mark and Marco were efficient, professional and pleasant. Next time I need any type of appliance I will be taking my business to Ruffoni’s.

Walked into the AG store ready to purchase a washer and dryer. There were two people chatting at a desk. I wondered around in the not very well stocked show room if you can name it that and no one even acknowledged my existence. I was ready to purchase ! Never mind - I felt that at least someone could have greeted me and I would have waited. Will never ever go back and or purchase anything from them. How rude ! There are other appliance centers that would love to have my business.

I prefer to buy my appliances from a local dealer and Ruffonis has never let me down. I have nothing but praise for the wonderful staff and the excellent service that I received each and every time I have purchased something. Today was a wonderful day. I went in at 1000 am to purchase a new washer and it was delivered by 1130. You can't ask for better service. Thank you to the staff at ruffonis . I'll be back and continue to give you my business.
