Lived here for 3 years. They are very attentive on any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to any friends or family.
I moved in a couple months ago. So far so good! The building management has been great and super accommodating to my requests. The one time I needed maintenance was quick and easy! The location is awesome. My commute to Minneapolis for work is much shorter since we are so close to 100 and 394. I’m only 5 minutes away from Target, Trader Joe’s, Costco, etc. My actual apartment is great for me as well. I have so much closet storage and plenty of room for my furniture. I moved into the building 3 months ago. Building management is amazing. I love that there is an in house maintenance staff that gets even minor issues taken care of quickly, a locked mail/package room, and an always working intercom/buzzer. Great communication about building wide maintenence issues. The accessibility to the west end and highways to downtown (or away from downtown) is awesome. Hallways and common areas are cleaned on a regular basis. The layout leaves plenty of room for my pug. Giant windows. Plenty of parkin... read more
