Had a flooded basement caused from a broken pipe. My insurance company referred Belfor. They did an awesome job! Fast, professional, dried quickly. I also had them do repairs to my finished basement. Looks better before the flood! Highly recommend

Either this place is in serious financial trouble or they just don't have any ethics! They tore up my carpet, took half the pad.. yes half. Put my stuff in a storage trailer, left me living in mold. A year & a half later they came back & dumped the entire trailer all over my front yard & left. My house is exactly like they left it. I can't use my basement because it's full of mold from the water they left. Brand new electronics, antiques, family photos, prom dresses.. all dumped in the rain & left by these guys. Do Not use this company. They are crooks. They took $3K upfront. for a temporary roof. I then put in the claim to my insurance company, but Belfor told me that my insurance company will not pay for the temp roof. A couple of months later, I asked my insurance company for a copy of the appraisal and found out Belfor billed my insurance company for the temp roof and accepted $1740 as payment in full. I asked Jesse from Belfor for a refund, but he refused. They now have $4700 for a TARP ROOF that leaked and caused more damage. ... read more

When a fire broke out at my rental house on Ivy Street in Medford, the fire department called Belfor Properts Restorations to come and board the house up. Why they called Belfor, I have no idea. I am an absentee owner living in Vancouver, WA. I called my insurance company to set up a claim and they asked who I wanted to rebuild the house.
