All my interactions have been great! Erin is wonderful and she cares. Everyone i have dealt with have helped: from VON Home Care to quickly setting up an appointment at a nurse's Clinic on a long weekend. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

All the staff in this clinic are friendly, kind and compassionate. Very knowledgeable and skilled, I’m extremely happy with the service that I receive weekly.

Not impressed with how rude the staff are right from telephone reception to the nurses in the clinic. They act like we are bothering them when we call, they don’t know what they have to do when we go into the clinic and are very short with us. This is VERY upsetting for a cancer patient at the end of their life. Awful behaviour and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place is supposed to be for health care supports? I'm not even sure, the Nursing Clinic gave me their phone number in hopes they could help me figure out how to get a set of shots when I do not have a doctor. The first 3 operators answered the phone and said "hello?" and that was it, after I asked for what I need I was transferred with no warnings. The last lady I spoke to I asked "am I speaking to the right person now, to someone who can give me an answer?" and she snapped at me, YELLING about how she has no idea who I... read more

Unreliable, no contact information or phone numbers for question/concerns, no idea when nurses will make visit and when do confirm a time, they are usually late. You never get the same nurse twice and so they never know what you need. Nurses rush patients, do not listen; total lack of compassion.
