Some guy tried to hand me a letter saying I need to list all the occupants. He kept insisting that the landlord has the right to know. He didn’t know I owned the property for well over a decade. He said he was going to confirm address and came back a second time saying now the bank needs to know lmao. Just told to him to get lost and handed back his garbage.
Rick is terrible… this guy has issues
