Mike came and diagnosed the furnace issue. Decision made to replace unit. Mike explained the issue in detail and called the person I needed to give me an estimate on a new unit. It was 3:55 on a Friday afternoon. The person who will give me the estimate is on his way. Great service from Mike. ** Technician is actually Eddie. Sorry about that mistake.**

Brian was quickly able to diagnose and fix our plumbing emergency and offered answers and guidance on other questions I had about separate issues as well. Sanford did good work. I would use them again. For this project we did have a couple unexpected delays, one of the days no one showed up when we expected them to being told they would be there and the initial quote for how long the work would take was much shorter than the amount of days it actually did take (was a complete repiping of the house, water filter install, and toilet install) so that's the only reason I'm lowering the rating here.
