Amazing experience with Julian as our inspector. He did a thorough job and provided recommendations on what to address first post-move in. After discovering from a HVAC technician that we might need to do duct work redesign due to one room not getting air/heat, Julian came back to take another look and advised we wouldn't need it and it was just an airflow issue. Saved us a few grand!
The inspection I had on my place was not thorough. After hiring a second inspector, there were very basic issues that were missed (missing downspout, missing railing outdoors, extremely old gutter) which I now have to cover since I went through with the closing. Not only that they are expensive. The inspector didnt event bother and was too lazy to go on the roof. I so regret going with this inspector my agent suggested. They cost me so much money.
This company won't inspect for asbestos or lead. I found out afterword that other companies will, which is a big deal especially in older homes. They told us our furnace was working - but it broke the first day we became owners. When I called the owner stating the insurance policy they boast about wont cover it, he was not helpful.
