Took our $50 app fee in cash for Lisa Drive and never heard another word from Mr. Loo. Drove 2 hours to view this rental and called twice to follow up on application results and rental, no call back. You would think upon meeting Mr. Loo and his wife that a cash exchange for nonrefundable app fee would be safe and that he would be professional enough to return your call. Not the case. Be aware, they could be just collecting your cash for dinner that night and never intend on getting back to you.
