Dennis and Claudia were kind and amazing to work with and Villa Tarpon Bay was absolutely immaculate! It has a huge, beautiful pool and a great outdoor area. I'd had some bad luck with other rentals (not with this company) with the pool heaters not working and before we arrived Dennis let us know he checked it himself and made sure it was the perfect temperature upon our arrival; we really appreciated that. The house is absolutely beautiful. The infinity pool and view were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and our stay was peaceful. Management is professional and a pleasure to deal with. Will return soon.
Unser Aufenthalt war wieder fantastisch! Wir waren schon das zweite Mal im Blue Marlin. Der Pool, der Whirlpool und der Outdoor Bereich sind fantastisch. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen. Die Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation von der Buchung, über Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und informativ.
The MOVIE STAR PROPERTY is our choice we have stayed there twice. Very nice quiet place to relax and enjoy. The house has everything you need. There are plenty of locations around you in a short driving distance if you need food or have drink. Must do is kick back in the pool and relax. We plan to stay there again my kids like there. The owners are great people are available by text or phone if you need anything.
We’ve worked with the Junk’s and Home 24/7 a few times now. We can’t say enough great things about them. Renting directly from their website is easy, they always provide prompt responses when we need them. Dennis is very personable and fun to chat with, we look forward to our check in appt every time! The properties they manage have a certain style that we love, newer, modern homes. The Pearl and Pura Vida are beautiful homes. This is a top notch property management company and their prices are extremely reasonable.
