OK. The rooms are actually very nice and so clean. I love a clean room. My only complaint would be the thermostat on the wall. That is the BRIGHTEST blue light. I had to fold a washcloth to make it 4 ply to even remotely cover it up. The location is great until you need to leave and turn left which is nearly impossible. The traffic is insane, so you really can only go left and do a u-turn. That would be my only 2 complaints. For the price, rooms are good. It seemed relatively safe and right by the hospital.

Lets start off with the fact, they dont even have house keeping to clean your room/ or provide you towels…you have to get them yourself and clean up your room yourself. Also, room’s walls so thin, could hear everything your neighbors doing. Totally not worth the price for the hotel.

I had a bad start to my stay by my third-party booking company (super.com), failing to complete payment, and also not entering my bed request properly. My email receipt was correct for a king bed, but what they sent to the hotel said queen. Not any of that was Hilton s fault, but the hotel was full, and there was not a single extra pillow available anywhere. My husband and I both require extra pillows for old joints to sleep on and extra room for all that, so a queen bed with zero extra pillows made for a miserable night's s... read more

Gigi was a wonderful front desk manager and was super helpful. The rooms are clean and new and the breakfast was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!
