If I could do less than one star I would. This company is very unprofessional, and very hard to get a hold of when it came to issues with the rental property. The home hadn't been cleaned, painted or had any repairs done upon our move in. My other two roommates and I went 5 to 6 months with an on going water issue, and spent a week with no AC in the middle of the summer in the south. They didn't comp rent or anything. Tricky with app fees. Be careful! Applied for a property over the weekend. Called Monday morning to ask about how to pay the app fee and deposit. Person on the phone seemed lost but shared I could pay fee with Venmo and they’d get back to me regarding deposit. I was the only person to apply for this property at that time. When I called back Tuesday morning to ask about the deposit again, I was told someone else had applied after me and because they submitted the deposit their application was being processed instead of mine. ... read more

Very unprofessional and do not maintain their properties. If I was a home owner I’d be very weary of letting them manage. Disregard to tenants and clients all around.

This place is a joke...cost money for two money orders...cost 70.00 for application fee..plus 1195. Deposit...then not approved..get deposit back to go to their bank n cost 17.90 to cash their check back to u...this place sucks!!!!!!

I think they have a very bad maintenance of the apartments and they report and they never solve it. They are dirty and do not respect contracts. They are very expensive for the area and the type of place. horrible

I knew for certain H2H was going to be a good fit when I went with them to a move-in inspection on one of my rental units. I posed as a handyman, complete with tools and listened as the lease was discussed and explained, and items that were important to both property safety and tenant privacy & safety were highlighted; no 'gotchas' were slipped in.
