I've had very relaxing experiences, whenever I've had an appointment, the doctor made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She explained everything so that I could understand my condition better.

This is a negative review. Social tools can harm a livelihood, so this should be taken subjectively. A patient of his for 10+yrs I empathize with PCPs (2 siblings are MDs). COVID made staffing tough but his issues predate the pandemic. I regret waiting for this long to fire him. Hajbandeh shows a poor worth ethic and an alarming lack of care. The dysfunction of his office/desk staff, his poor preparation for visits, the lack of empathy he shows through how he connects (or fails to) make him a poor PCP. He regularly forgets h... read more

It's funny that every one is talking about mental health awareness and that doctors care but when you want to actually talk about your depression and anxiety attacks that keep happening more often they just tell you to come back in a month but do not listen to your issues. How can I trust someone who only cares about money and not their patients well being.

He had me test for Covid and thankfully I was negative. He was ok with sending me back to work because I didn't have a fever anymore but I still had a cough, phlegm, and some difficulty breathing. I saw him again and he said, "You probably just caught some other virus." and sent me on my way without further diagnosis or medication. I changed my PCP to my wife's Dr. who ordered a chest x-ray and antibiotics. I felt better on the second day after starting the medication. X-ray results showed I had pneumonia and it took two rou... read more

He seems to want to only spend as little time as possible with his patients and bill your insurance company for the maximum amount of money. Does not seem to listen to anything you say to him and provides very poor individualized care. Poor empathy for his patients. I would give him less than a "1" if I could.

Business response:

I'm so sorry that you had a negative experience at our office. As the manager, I value any feedback that can help us improve our services.

Don't go there! They stole the money that my insurance company reimbursed me! I visited their office in Jan. I was told I had to pay upfront. Once they received my reimbursement from my insurance company, they will send me a check with the same amount of reimbursement. My insurance company sent them a check with $348 in Feb. But the office kept the money, until I called like almost everyday in April to request my money. Finally, I received the check from the office. Guess what?! The check had on

Dr Hajbandeh is the best family medicine doctor out there. I’ve been a patient of his for 16 years. He is very kind, very thorough and a very patient doctor. I take my kids to him too. I trust him with my life! Easy to get into his office, the staff is great and Angie will draw your blood in seconds with no pain. I highly recommend Dr Hajbandeh!

I went to Dr. Homan Hajbandeh for wellness exam. When I went with my husband, Dr. Homan reviewd the blood results withme. Although, his website says they call you with the blood results. He actually billed me for just telling me I am fine. No medicie was prescribes. The billing woman for this Dr. has an IQ in the single digit, for sure. She doesn't has any common sense and eventually, we stopped going to this office. Very bad experience. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE.
