Excellent service! Great and understanding staff.
All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This was hands-down the BEST experience I have had ever in a Doctor's office. Everyone helped me to feel relaxed before the appointment as well as throughout. The hygeniest, explained everything to me with what they were doing and seeing in my mouth. :) I 100% recommend Corpuz Family Dentistry to EVERYONE! I no longer dread going to the dentist!
What a wonderful experience other than my bill. I would have liked to be told what a service would cost so I could determine if I wanted that service or not. ( I was given a $80.00 fluoride treatment and not told what the cost would be until it was time to pay for my bill.) I also have no dental insurance so I really do not like surprise bills. I highly recommend this Dentistry to someone who has fear of dental work because you are EXTRAORDINARILY PAMPERED ( Be prepared to pay the cost of pampering. ).
very clean facility with a polite staff. did a good job explaining my insurance benefits. the cameras used to show me my teeth was amazing.
Improvements in check out might be needed. Better explanation on balance owed today, insurance, and previous balance. It seemed like me card got swiped an amount was taken and out the door I went.
