I bought a vehicle less than a month and a half ago and it's been in the service center five times already. Their solution is to return the vehicle and give us back our money. We don't want to return the vehicle, we just want it fixed. When the sales guy asked me if the next thing they do doesn't fix the vehicle, then what. I said it's up to your service guys, they're the ones who have to figure it out. He laughed. I didn't think it was very funny.
Brought a 2014 Ford Escape from their Ripon dealership. Helpful, friendly, not pushy and within 3 hours drove it home. Great place!!
I have bought vehicles from the ripon dealership and the jeep dealership. All people I have dealt with are excellent. Would recommend Homan auto group to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Drove down from Appleton to get one of the last Dodge Dart models. They helped me over the phone for a week to find the car that I wanted. Sales and finance were really relaxed. After I found the right model, I got a price, compared it to others online, and pulled the trigger. Couldn't have been easier. Homan has adapted well to the internet-consumer. They let me browse and browse, answered all of my questions, and gave me the best price I could find.
I'm having service lights come on in my Jeep and the computer can't find the problem the service manager is doing some emails and going to take the Jeep for a full day until the find out what's going on, I am being given a loaner car so I can go to work while they try to fix the problem next week. I sure hope I didn't get the bad jeep off the lot. Proud of the service, angry that I have to keep bringing my Jeep in only had it 1 1/2 years.
Thanks to Mark and Dan for the great experience at Homan Auto. Would recommend to anyone.
