This comment is for the office staff. They are rude, careless, and in most cases not helpful. You text or call and leave a message and they ignore you. Once, I was late by 8 minutes, and they did not let me see the doctor (I drive 30 minutes to get to this office). Making an appointment is not easy. because of all these, I recently changed my PCP after three years. On the other hand, Dr. Shoghian is a nice, passionate, and caring physician. She is patient and listens to all your concerns.

This place is the absolute worst for medical care due to the staff, not Dr. Shoghian herself. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. For instance, they gave me the wrong vaccine records and refused to correct them, even after I pointed out the mistake. I had to contact Dr. Shoghian directly to get it resolved.

1. Rude and unhelpful Staff: The staff are rude, unfriendly and arrogant, sometimes hanging up on you, and frequently make work-related mistakes. 2.
