It is really nice that the BBB lets this company buy an A+ rating. They do installs for Home Depot, they do not answer the phone, return calls, or care about the customer. This company is a joke.
I had bought some carpet at Home Depot to be installed in my house. The salesman was knowledgeable about carpet, but not with the computer, scheduling, ordering, etc. Long story short, the delays cause by their mistakes left us with an install date beyond our move-in date even with 5 weeks advanced notice. Fortunately, the install was not up to Home Depot (who I can’t even get a return phone call from). It was up to HOM Solutions.
