I want to highly recommend a local SF Engineering Firm Hom - Pisano Engineering who assisted me and my clients in closing out an expired permit which had structural considerations and some moving parts. With the thoughtful guidance of Senior Associate Matt Coelho, we did a deep dive into the permit history, established a game plan, and put together a dream team of helpful vendors. Mike Hom is the best, as a GC builder I've worked with him and his team on many projects in the SF Bay Area over the years and I would never think to go anywhere else.

Exceeded my expectations. Michael did a site visit within a week after initial call, got us drawings much sooner than we had expected, was very responsive to our questions even on a Friday night or weekend (most of the time he would respond within the hour). Cost was very reasonable. I wish he and his team could general contract my whole renovation.
