The recliner from Hom is perfect. I just think that $100 to remove the old chair and $100 to bring it in and set it up is too much money. This is normal service when an item like this is purchased. I had to take apart the old recliner, struggle to get the mechanics into the recycle bin, and then muscle the box with the new chair into our apartment and set it up. I wish that extra service came with a purchase from Hom furniture.
Jenny was engaging and interested in what I needed. No pressure, but complete efficiency in handling the transaction. I will be back! Jenny is a great asset to Hom!
