I called this office to request a faxed MRI report for a mutual patient and was met with extremely unprofessional behavior. I was completely polite and professional, yet the staff member I spoke with became rude and dismissive. When I followed up because I had not received the fax, she complained about being “too busy,” stated that I should have already received it, and aggressively said she would fax it “one last time” and that I should not call back.
