I had lasik performed by Dr. Holzman a couple days ago. I was referred to his office by my regular eye doctor. Both offices worked together to make sure I had all the necessary tests done beforehand. The staff at Dr. Holzman’s office was wonderful. Especially Janet (at the front desk), Dmitri, and Dr. Martin who was very quick to respond to emails. Incredibile experience. Professional. Thorough. Informative. They are serious when they say the most frequent feedback is “I wish I did this sooner!” and “that’s it?” 12/10 excellent and informative and worth every penny! I’m 24 hours post op lasik and I’m fully seeing without any pain. So grateful for Dr. Holzman and the entire practice. SO WORTH IT! I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!
The office spaces were clean, staff are friendly and professional, and everyone ensures you leave with no questions. I was nervous and uncertain about whether lasik was right for me, but after seeing how detailed the consultation is, I felt better about my decisions. The staff also went out of my way to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and gave me detailed instructions.
The entire experience with Dr. Andrew Holzman and his team was seamless and reassuring from start to finish. The pre-op process was simple and well-organized, and the staff was incredibly courteous, gentle, and patient throughout. I had LASIK with Dr. Holzman and am very happy with the experience and outcome. I felt that his team was thorough in making sure I was a good candidate for the procedure, and on the day of surgery they talked me through it and made sure I knew what to expect. I went from not being able to read text a foot away from me to 20/20 vision, and I'm very happy I did this and that I went with Dr. Holzman.
