I had my son in there for a mental health issue. He is 15. It was past our dinner time and there cafeteria was closed. They would not let me leave for 20 minutes to run and get something. They made threats to call the police if I go get him a sandwich. He has food hording issues and needs to eat on a regular basis. We was there for 4 hours and I was held their against my will. Honestly if I could rate this 0 star, I would! So unprofessional.
You know I've been down here for over 4hrs, and the nurses at the nurses station shit talking a female patient who was brought in by EMS threatening to call the law because she can't find a ride home and telling her to either find a ride or jail it's 4:52am 1-13-17 most people are in bed or at work. It is not only unprofessional seriously unreal the care you show people! Then proceeding to curse freely about the woman while on the job is very unprofessional as well... (And I've got a video of it)
My daughter came into the er tonight, the person cleaning the room said "oh, this is very clean". There is trash on thr floor from , what I am hoping is the previous patient, and thr soap dispenser is so dirty that it looks like mold and rust in it. Took pictures. It's ER room #1. Will be talking to someone tomorrow.
