It’s convenient for students and it’s nice that visits are free and the doctors are great, but the rest of the staff especially the women at the front desk are extremely condescending and rude as many others have said. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience. At my most recent visit which was rather urgent (got lighter fluid in my eyes), one of the staff at the front desk told me I had to wait for another staff member to help me as she sat there and scrolled instagram. Everyone is great!! Attentive and ready to do what is necessary to provide the best care!
I have to go to this clinic regularly and I have yet to have a bad experience. Everyone is kind, including the wonderful ladies at the front desk. I have no complaints at all. I find it intriguing that others claim to have bad experiences here. My thought is that the people having negative experiences are projecting that negativity, creating a bad environment from the beginning. I treat everyone with respect every time I go, and oddly enough, I am given respect in return...Regardless, this clinic is good.
