I cannot recommend Holyoke Property Management based on our experience as commercial tenants. Despite explicitly agreeing to lease the space for our outpatient therapy clinic serving children with autism, management later expressed opposition to our permitted healthcare services. Their treatment of our clinic showed concerning attitudes toward healthcare providers serving children with special needs. I have rented an office in a building managed by HPM for several years now and they have been great. Things don’t always go according to plan in life or in the property management business but my experience with HPM is that they have always been responsive when called upon.
