Olga and staff are very professional. Always a positive experience there.
If I could give this doctor a zero, I would. I've messaged her on her portal, but with no response. It's been over a week. She was supposed to help me with pain - in my knee; bone-on-on with a noninvasive procedure. At this time, I cannot get a knee replacement. However, she is allowing me to be in excruciating pain. Obviously, she doesn't care about me. I wonder why?!! Is it in fact, my hue that is a deterrent for her treating me with respect??? I do wonder! This was an absolutely horrible experience. I am not in a position where I can post in detail about the nightmare of an experience I had here, but I will say that the medical professionals at this facility treated me as though my pain was made up after two major accidents and having undergone 5 related surgeries at the time. Over the course of several months of being a patient here they gave me no help and in fact caused more pain along with other very scary symptoms from a procedure I had done here.
